Tamlyn Trefz is the founder and co-host of Women of the Valley, a Christ-centred women’s ministry born from a vision God placed on her heart in 2019.
A wife, mother of four, author, BalletRIP instructor and passionate follower of Christ, Tamlyn is dedicated to encouraging women to find freedom in Christ and discover the purpose God created them for.
Through her own journey and years of serving in church leadership, women’s ministry and speaking, she shares a message of hope, truth, love, forgiveness and salvation.
Women of the Valley brings women from different churches and backgrounds together in unity, creating a space where women can be encouraged, equipped and reminded that they are seen, valued and never alone.
